Browser "Do Not Track" Signals. Most browsers contain a "do-not-track" setting. The types of personally identifiable information that we collect at the Site include, without limitation, your: (a) full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) phone number; (d) your resume, including any and all information included thereon (collectively, "Resume"); and (e) postal address.

In conjunction with our marketing partner program, we also collect banking information and Social Security or Tax Identification number from our third-party publishing partners. By submitting your Resume, you agree that we may share your personal information (other than Sensitive Information): (a) with third parties for marketing purposes; and (b) with third party real estate firms and agents for purposes of enabling those third party real estate firms and agents to contact you via email and/or phone and, where you provide your consent, telephone, in connection with potential real estate opportunities.

We will also use your personal information for customer service, to provide you with information that you may request and to customize your experience on the Site. We may also use your personal information for internal business purposes, such as analyzing and managing our business. Response Timing and Format; Appealing a Denial
We endeavor to respond to all verifiable access/right to know, data portability, right to correct and/or deletion requests within forty-five (45) days of the receipt thereof.  If we require more time (up to an additional forty-five (45) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.  We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.  Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the receipt of your verifiable request.  The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.  For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
